Assessment and Feedback

Assessment and feedback forms an integral part of our teaching and learning at Thurton CE Primary School.  Effective assessment helps us to:

  • Identify children requiring additional support
  • Identify next steps for all children
  • Target resources and staff appropriately to support teaching and learning
  • Enable children to achieve their best possible outcomes

Endpoint:

  • Non-core subject Tube Stop Endpoint e.g. children apply skills and knowledge to show what they have learned over the journey. Children may have success criteria to be judged against.
